Do you work with legal entities of the Russian Federation?
Yes, we work with legal entities of the Russian Federation, as well as Belarus and Kazakhstan - we accept payment by bank transfer. We work without VAT; at the end of each month, a UPD for expenses is generated, which is available in the client’s personal account.
Is it possible to rent your servers for VPN?
Yes, we allow the use of our dedicated and virtual servers for VPN services, provided that they are used for personal (private) purposes and are not provided for public use by third parties.
Do you have discounts for wholesale buyers?
Yes, we have a rewards program for customers who rent 5 or more dedicated servers or 10 virtual servers. To obtain exact conditions, please contact the customer service department through a request in the client’s personal account.
What discounts and bonuses do you have?
For all our clients there is a regular system of discounts based on payment terms. When paying for the service for 3 months, a 5% discount will be applied; when paying for 6 months, the discount will be 10%; if you pay for 12 months at a time, you will receive a 20% discount.
Is it possible to host a website for adults?
Yes, on dedicated servers, for example, located in Germany, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, it is possible to host adult sites. But videos with minors and animal themes are strictly prohibited.
Where are the servers located?
Servers are located in cities of Russia and Europe. Tier III+ class data center with a high class of data protection and fire safety. All main areas of the data center are equipped with a video surveillance system with archiving of recordings. In addition, all buildings are equipped with a security alarm system.
Who administers the server?
Each server is connected to a free full administration system; if you need help setting up, transferring sites or other work with software - just write to us about it, our team of administrators will help you quickly and completely free of charge.
How quickly will I receive the server after payment?
As a rule, the average activation time for a dedicated server is within 24-72 hours, but some orders may be processed longer, depending on the configuration or availability of components in stock. If the activation period is more than 72 hours, the manager will contact you and inform you about this.
How quickly will I receive VDS after payment?
All virtual servers (VDS) on Unix are processed automatically and activated within 10-15 minutes. Virtual servers running Windows OS are activated within 24 hours after payment is received.
What are your moneyback rules?
The minimum contract for renting a dedicated server is 30 days; in case of early termination of the contract, we issue a refund for every full 30 days of rent. There are no refunds for the first month.
What can you use a dedicated server for?
A physical dedicated server (Dedicated) is an independent server located in the Data Center - all resources of this server belong to 1 client and are not shared between third parties. The server is accessed via SSH or Remote Desktop. You can place your websites or other projects on it.
Do you have a trial period?
Unfortunately no, dedicated servers are provided upon payment. We do not provide servers for testing due to numerous violations. The minimum rental period is 30 days.
